Is CVticket free?
Yes, to get started: you create and edit your resumes and cover letters for free, and download them with the Classic template, with a discreet “cvticket.com” note at the bottom of the page. Other templates, PDFs without the note and the AI features (ATS review, translation, cover letter writing) come with the pass (one resume and one letter) or the Premium subscription: see the Pricing page.
What does a pass include?
One resume and one cover letter of your choice, each downloadable 3 times without the note, with every template and the AI features. The first document is the one you buy the pass from; the other is offered the first time you use one. The pass never expires.
How does the Premium trial work?
The trial lasts 14 days, for the price of a pass, with all of Premium and no limits. Your card is requested at the start; when the trial ends, the plan you chose (monthly, quarterly or yearly) starts automatically unless you cancel before. One trial per account.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, from “My account”, Subscription tab. Your benefits remain active until the end of the period already paid, with no renewal afterwards.
What happens to my documents when my subscription ends?
You can still view and edit them. You go back to the free plan: downloading paid templates and the AI features then require a pass or a new subscription.
Which currency will I pay in?
Prices are shown in your country’s currency, which you can change above the plans. You pay in the currency shown, VAT included, through the secure payment provider Stripe.
Do I need an account?
Not to get started: pick a template and the editor opens right away. When you download, you choose to create a free account (to find your documents anywhere), to sign in, or to download directly.
What is an ATS score?
An ATS (Applicant Tracking System) is the software that screens applications. The score measures how well these tools can read your resume and how it matches the offer: contact details, structure, results, keywords and writing.
Can I reuse my current resume?
Yes. Import it as a PDF, Word, OpenDocument, text file or photo: its content is extracted and placed in the chosen template. You can undo the import with a simple Ctrl+Z.
In which languages can I create my resume?
In 37 languages. Headings, months and labels are printed in the resume’s language, and the “Translate content” button translates your text while preserving keywords.
Is the cover letter made up by AI?
No. It is written only from your resume and the offer you provide: no experience, degree or skill is added.
Is my data protected?
Your documents are only visible to you and the people you share them with. They are never sold. You can ask for their deletion at any time.
Will the PDF match the preview?
Yes, page by page: the preview and the PDF are produced by the same rendering engine. Text stays crisp and selectable, so recruiting software can read it.
