Terms of sale
These terms of sale describe the paid plans of CVticket (one-time pass and Premium subscription) and the conditions under which the service is provided after purchase. They complete the terms of use. Accepting them is requested at payment.

1. Service provider and reseller
The CVticket service is published and provided by Data4Value, SASU with a share capital of €100, registered office: 13 avenue des Grands Platanes, 13280 Arles. Registered with the Tarascon trade and companies register under number 999 234 081 — EU VAT FR 93 999 234 081. Customer service: [email protected] — +33 7 67 16 79 20.
Purchases are made from Onelink, the merchant of record appointed by our payment provider Stripe: Onelink sells the pass or subscription, collects the payment, issues the receipt and invoice, and calculates, collects and remits the applicable taxes. Its terms and privacy policy, shown on the payment page, apply to the purchase. Data4Value then provides the service under these terms.
2. Plans
Free plan: creating and editing resumes and cover letters, importing existing documents, downloading PDFs with the Classic template, with a discreet “cvticket.com” note at the bottom of the page. Other templates can be used for editing, without download. Artificial intelligence features (ATS review, translation, letter writing) are not included.
Pass: one-time purchase, with no time limit, unlocking one resume and one cover letter. Each unlocked document can be downloaded three times without the note, with every template and the artificial intelligence features. The first document is the one the pass is bought from; the other slot is assigned, after confirmation, to the first document of that type you use it for. This assignment is final, even if the document is deleted; a copy of an unlocked document is not unlocked. Once its three downloads are used, the document has no more benefits: a new pass or a subscription is needed.
Premium subscription: unlimited access to every template, downloads without the note and the artificial intelligence features, for all your documents, for the duration of the subscription. Three plans: monthly, quarterly and yearly; the quarterly and yearly plans are discounted compared with the monthly plan.
Trial: each account can benefit once from a 14-day trial of the Premium subscription, for the price of a pass, paid at the start of the trial. When the trial ends, the subscription to the chosen plan starts automatically and its first payment is charged, unless canceled before the end of the trial.
The subscription requires an account. A pass can be bought without an account: it is then linked to the email address given at payment, which is used to create the account and find the documents.
3. Prices
Prices include all taxes and are shown in the displayed currency (your country’s by default, which can be changed before payment). Payment is made in that currency. Taxes applicable in your country are calculated by the reseller at payment.
The applicable price is the one displayed when ordering. If the price of a subscription changes, you are informed by email at least 30 days before it applies at the next renewal, and can cancel free of charge before that date.
Discount codes may be offered; they apply under the conditions stated when they are issued.
4. Ordering and payment
Orders are placed on the website, then payment is made on Stripe’s secure page, on behalf of the reseller Onelink. Accepted payment methods are those offered on that page (including bank cards). Data4Value never receives or stores your card details.
The order is final once payment is accepted. The reseller’s receipt and invoice are sent by email; your invoices and payment method remain available from “My account”, Subscription tab.
The pass or subscription is activated as soon as payment is confirmed.
5. Term, renewal and cancellation of the subscription
The subscription is entered into for the duration of the chosen plan (one month, three months or one year) and renews automatically for the same duration, at the current price, until canceled. For quarterly and yearly plans, a reminder email is sent before each renewal.
You can cancel at any time, in a few clicks, from “My account”, Subscription tab. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current, already paid period: your benefits remain active until then and no new payment is charged. The period already started is not refunded, unless the law provides otherwise.
During the trial, cancellation prevents the subscription from starting; the trial price remains due.
You can switch plans from the same place; the price difference is prorated over the remaining period.
If a payment fails, new attempts are made and you are asked to update your payment method; without settlement, the subscription ends.
6. End of the subscription or pass
When a subscription ends, or once a pass’s downloads are used, your documents are kept and can still be viewed and edited. You return to the free plan: downloading paid templates and the artificial intelligence features then require a new pass or a subscription.
7. Right of withdrawal
The pass and the subscription give access to digital content and services supplied immediately after payment. The right of withdrawal is exercised under the reseller’s conditions, shown at payment. In accordance with article L221-28, 13° of the French consumer code, it can no longer be exercised once performance has begun with your express consent and your waiver of that right.
8. Legal guarantee of conformity
The digital content and services supplied benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity provided by articles L224-25-12 et seq. of the French consumer code. In case of lack of conformity, write to [email protected]: we will bring the service into conformity or, failing that, you may obtain a price reduction or termination of the contract under the conditions provided by law.
9. Liability
The artificial intelligence features provide suggestions to be reviewed; the ATS score is an estimate and guarantees neither the selection of an application nor an interview. Other liability rules are set out in the terms of use.
10. Complaints and mediation
For any complaint about the service, write to [email protected]: we will answer as quickly as possible. Questions about payment, refunds or invoices can also be sent to the reseller, from the receipt received by email.
If no solution is found, you may refer the matter free of charge to the consumer mediator: [médiateur de la consommation à désigner] ([adresse du site du médiateur]), within one year of your written complaint.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. You also benefit from the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence. Failing an amicable agreement, disputes are brought before the competent courts, including those of your place of residence.
12. Purchases in the mobile app
In the CVticket app for iPhone, iPad and Android, the pass and the subscription are sold by Apple (App Store) or by the Play Store, at the same prices as on the website, under their own terms of sale: they collect the payment, issue the receipt and apply taxes. A CVticket account is required to purchase in the app.
The plan you buy is linked to your CVticket account: it applies on all your devices and on the website, just like a purchase made on the website, and vice versa.
A subscription bought in the app renews automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before. It is managed and cancelled from your App Store or Play Store account settings, not from “My account”. Any trial period is the one offered by the store at the time of purchase. Refund requests are handled by Apple or the Play Store, under their terms. Deleting your CVticket account does not cancel a subscription bought in the app.
