Terms of use

1. The service

CVticket is an online service for creating resumes and cover letters: entering and importing content, choosing templates, preview, ATS analysis, translation, assisted writing, sharing and PDF download.

2. Access to the service

The service can be used without signing up: a guest space is then created in your browser. After 30 days without activity, this space and its documents are deleted.

Creating a free account, confirmed by email, lets you find your documents from all your devices and share them. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential.

The free plan lets you create, edit and import documents, and download them with the Classic template, with a “cvticket.com” note at the bottom of the page. Downloading other templates, PDFs without the note and the artificial intelligence features are paid (one-time pass, Premium subscription): their prices and conditions are set out in the terms of sale.

3. Your content

You remain the owner of the content you enter or import. You allow us to store and process it for the sole purpose of providing the service (display, analysis, translation, PDF generation, sharing with the people you choose).

You agree to publish only accurate information that you have the rights to, and not to use the service for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.

4. Artificial intelligence features

ATS analysis, translation, import and letter writing rely on artificial intelligence tools. Import is open to everyone; the other features come with the pass and the subscription. Their output is a suggestion: review it before using it. It is never applied without your action.

The ATS score is an estimate based on common criteria; it guarantees neither the selection of your application nor an interview.

5. Sharing

The owner of a document can share it with other accounts, read-only or with edit rights, and remove this access at any time. They remain responsible for the people they invite.

A person who does not have an account yet receives an invitation by email: the document is shared with them once they create their account and confirm this address. The invitation expires after 30 days; the number of invitations sent per day is limited.

Plan benefits are those of the person using the document: a document received in a paid template can only be edited or downloaded with a pass or a subscription.

6. Availability and liability

We do our best to keep the service available and your documents safe, without being able to guarantee permanent availability. We recommend keeping a PDF copy of your important documents.

We cannot be held liable for decisions made by recruiters, nor for any use of the service contrary to these terms.

7. Suspension and deletion

You can delete your account at any time from “My account” (Security tab), on the website or in the mobile app, or by writing to [email protected]. An ongoing subscription is then canceled immediately, with no refund for the current period; an unused pass is lost with the account. We may suspend an account that does not comply with these terms.

8. Changes and governing law

These terms may change; the version in force is the one published on this page. They are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any action before the competent courts.
